A thin neck profile enhances playability, ideal for long practice sessions or performances. The roasted flame maple neck adds both beauty and durability. Roasting removes excess moisture, increasing neck stability and preventing warping.
The body uses mahogany, known for its warm, rich tone. To reduce weight, the GS1000 body gets chambered. This results in a lighter guitar with the same deep, resonant sound. Chambering also opens the tonal range, adding air and definition to the sound.
Equipped with a single humbucker pickup, the GS1000 is perfect for anyone wanting to rock out. It excels at high gain, delivering punch and power but cleans up well. It handles both aggressive riffs and softer moments with ease.
