Epiphone proudly partners with the Gibson Custom Shop for the release of this Dave Grohl DG-335 signature guitar. It features the combination of ES-335 and Trini Lopez model features Dave requested and that fans expect. Including a semi-hollow ES body with bound diamond-shaped sound holes, this Pelham Blue baby looks the goods! There’s a one-piece mahogany neck with an elliptical profile, Trini Lopez style headstock with Grover® Mini Rotomatic® tuners, plus a laurel fretboard with split diamond inlays. The pickups on this signature model are Dave’s preferred Gibson USA Burstbucker models too! With a Burstbucker 2 in the neck and a Burstbucker 3 in the bridge position, it sounds as good as it looks. They’re wired to CTS® potentiometers, Mallory™ capacitors, and a Switchcraft® 3-way toggle switch and output jack.
This axe is one of the most requested models in Epiphone’s history, so it’s great to see it finally here! Of course, an Epiphone Dave Grohl hard-shell case is also included.
