With a dazzling Sky Burst Sparkle, gleaming chrome hardware and mirrored pickguard, this bass echoes Blu’s artistic vision. The offset ash body is chambered to keep this bass as lightweight and comfortable as possible. The satin finished maple neck, bound 9.5” rosewood fingerboard and vintage tall frets provide smooth playability. The Custom Blu DeTiger Fireball bass humbucker and Player Plus Noiseless Jazz Bass Pickups fuse vintage charm with modern punch. The bass also includes an 18V Player Plus preamp with 3-band EQ and active/passive toggle. This is great for sculpting your tone and ideal for capturing the funky snap and growl that defines Blu’s sound.

18V ACTIVE PREAMP WITH 3-BAND EQ
Designed for versatile tone, the 18-Volt active preamp offers boost/cut for treble, bass, and mid frequencies for precise tonal shaping. A mini toggle allows the player to switch between active or passive modes for ultimate versatility. Finally, a quick access battery box on the rear of the instrument makes battery changes a snap.

The custom voiced Blu DeTiger Fireball Bass Humbucker delivers crisp highs, growling mids and full lows with focused punch and depth. The Player Plus Noiseless Jazz Bass pickup complements the Fireball with articulate single-coil tone– without the hum!
9.5” RADIUS BOUND ROSEWOOD WITH VINTAGE TALL FRETS
The 9.5” fingerboard radius and slightly taller vintage frets provide vintage comfort with slightly more fret height than vintage for impeccably clean playability. The slab rosewood fingerboard features 7mm pearl dots and 1-ply white binding for premium looks and feel.
