New to the range of Fenech acoustic guitars, meet their latest incarnation – the Delta Blues. This baby focuses on the tone, feel and character of the earliest known styles of Blues.

With Fenech’s ability to source sustainable plantation grown genuine Mahogany, the time had never been better to design, build and voice a new Fenech series guitar expressing the very best of what an all-solid construction Mahogany guitar can produce.

Just like their other models, each Delta Blues series guitar soundboard, back and bracing is individually optimized. By fine tuning the thickness and internally carving the bracing by hand by our expert team of luthiers, this ensures that the very best tone is achieved and gives each and every guitar a true ‘custom shop’ sound and feel. The tone is huge, big, loud, warm and clear with a touch of natural compression and the sustain is something else.

THE KEY IS IN THE FINISH

Make no mistake, although we offer the Delta Blues series across most body shapes, it’s been designed from the ground up. The secret to the open and woody sound of the guitar is its ultra-thin nitrocellulose coating, comprising of a beautiful dark bourbon stain.

Instead of finishing the instrument in our industry leading ‘super satin’ grained filled finish, we have chosen to highlight the natural Mahogany open grain and by doing so we can achieve the thinnest possible finish. This in turn allows the body of the instrument to vibrate uninhibited which expands the tonal character of the Mahogany.

Just as each piece of Mahogany used to build the Delta Blues is unique, the way it accepts the stain will be unique making each of the Delta Blues models completely original in colour. The dark bourbon stain gives that vintage vibe allowing a foundation for players to add their own years of wear which will only inspire that relic’d vintage look!

STAGE AUDITORIUM

A scaled down version of the ever popular Auditorium and Grand Auditorium models, the Stage Auditorium shares the same pleasing body aesthetics in a smaller outline with a tone that punches well above its size. With a comfortable 23.5 inch scale length, the use of solid tone woods, all timber appointments and the exact same nut width as our other models, it makes playing a breeze and makes the Fenech Stage Auditorium a leader in its class.

AUDITORIUM

Unique to Fenech guitars, their Auditorium model is a culmination of years of experience making and voicing smaller body guitars to produce exceptional volume and tone. Although similar in size to a classic Orchestral model ‘OM” guitar, this design differs aesthetically allowing for a sweeter and more modern blend of curves and tonally by producing an articulate voice with rich overtones while retaining an impressive mid-range response and focused projection.

GRAND AUDITORIUM

Fenech’s unique Grand Auditorium size guitar features the same sweeter and more modern blend of curves as their Auditorium guitar but with a slightly larger footprint, unlocking even greater tonal possibilities across this series. This model is meticulously voiced for a balanced blend of warmth, clarity and sustain while producing a bold bass response with a well-defined midrange! It’s an everything guitar for the everyday player/ singer songwriter.
